The Infrared oven IR803 has been design for O&P specialist, allowing to use plastic sheets up to 27 ¼’’ x 17 ¼’’ (75 x 45cm). The Infrared-tubes with different capacities ensure an optimized heating of the edges as well. The .02 series offer a new developed touch screen control paneland optical temperature sensor, timer feature, ramp feature for slow heating processes (Pre-Preg processing) and much more. The IR803 is an”Instant On” unit that never overheats, always heats evenly and uses less energy.

The Infrared oven IR1003 has been developed especially for the O&P field and its special needs. This oven is the ideal basic model to heat sheets of material.  The .02 series offer a new developed touch screen control paneland optical temperature sensor, timer feature, ramp feature for slow heating processes (Pre-Preg processing) and much more. The IR1003 comes with a Roll-About Tray with Teflon membrane 36 ¼’’ x 28 ¼’’ (92 x 72 cm), moveable and height adjustable for Blister-Forming Trays and a space saving sliding door.

The Infrared oven IR1303 has been developed especially for the O&P field and its special needs. This model is the most versatile infrared oven because of its size. The .02 series offer a new touch screen control paneland optical temperature sensor, timer feature, ramp feature for slow heating processes (Pre-Preg processing) and much more. The IR1303 comes with a Roll-About Tray with Teflon membrane 48 ½’’x 41’’ (124 x 104 cm), moveable and height adjustable for Blister-Forming Trays and a space saving sliding door and 2 adjustable heating zones.
